A commission for Sutton Ecology Centre. The brief here was to produce a dragonfly with a 4ft (1.3m) wingspan to be located adjacent to the dipping pond, where real dragonflies are seen in abundance. The piece was constructed from reclaimed mahogany salvaged from obsolete fire station doors.
