The Kent region of the British Woodcarvers Association (now the Kent Woodcarving Group) regularly demonstrate their craft at the Sittingbourne branch of Axminster Tools & Machinery. The store manager supplied 4 inch square lime blanks and asked the members to carve something quintessentially English. This was my shallow relief contribution.
